Who we are

What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through the estimate request forms on this site. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, business name, phone number, and email address
- Whether you’re an investor, landlord, homeowner, or something else
- The property address, property type, and the service you need
- Your description of the work and your preferred timeline
- How we can access the property, which may include lockbox information
- Any photos you upload
- How you’d like us to contact you, and your consent to be contacted
Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may automatically record basic technical information, such as your browser type and IP address, for security and to keep the site running. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.
The site stores two small, non-identifying items in your own browser: your first name (only for the length of your visit, so the thank-you page can greet you) and, during our review period, which color scheme you previewed.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a visit, and communicate with you about the job. If you hire us, we use it to do the work and keep records of it. We don’t use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it when we need to:
- Subcontractors working on your job: for example, the property address and access details, and only what they need to do the work.
- Our form service: the provider that delivers form submissions to our office email. FormSubmit
- When the law requires it: for example, in response to a valid legal request.
Access details and lockbox codes
We treat property access information carefully. It’s only shared with the people working on your job, and only for as long as they need it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and maintain normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we’re required to keep. Just call or email us using the details above.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don’t include anything in the form that you wouldn’t want shared with our office.
Children
This site is meant for property owners and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
